Twin Towers is literally the perfect option for someone who doesn't want to live in expensive and cramped on-campus housing, but wants to be in easy walking distance of USU, the college practice fields, and the basketball and football stadiums.
Twin Towers is a 6-person, 3-bedroom apartment with extremely reasonable pricing, wonderful roommates, and welcoming neighbors around the block. It has an in-unit washer/dryer combo, and electric oven and stove, and lots of storage space for food and kitchen utensils! The main living area is spacious and comfortably furnished with 2 large couches and a large dining room table.
The bedrooms provides lots of storage space, both under the beds and on the shelving provided in the closets and above the beds. The contract I'm selling comes with a room that is wonderful for personal studying, as it overlooks trees and a view of the mountains on the south end of the valley. With the door closed, the room is partially soundproof, and is quiet enough to provide a study space that makes it easy to focus. (The desk in the photo of the bedroom is not part of the furnishings, but the chair is.)
Twin Towers is also belongs to a truly fabulous ward of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. The 25th Ward is incredibly welcoming and goes out of their way to help you feel comfortable and accepted.
